- USING SCANNER CHECK SYSTEMS FOR CODES, CROSS WITH TSB's AND RECALLS, DETERMINE ISSUE WITH CODE/DRIVABLITLY. ROAD TEST VEHICLE FOR CONCERNS AND PROPER OPERATION CHECKING SENSORS AND CALCULATED VALUES. P16CE00 ADBLUE SYSTEM TEST NOT RUN P178200 EFFICIENCY OF SCR CAT TOO LOW P178300 SCR CAT LOW P178100 SCR CAT LOW P18BC00 UPPER LIMIT OF LONG TERM ADAPTATION REACHED CLEARED CODES, ADBLUE SYSTEM TEST AND SCR ADAPTATION LIMIT CODES RETURN ON ROAD TEST. MONITORING SENSOR ON TEST AND FOUND ISSUE WIN NOX SENSOR FOR SCR SYSTEM. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE ABLE TO REPLACE THE SENSORS BUT MUST BE PROGRAMMED AT MERCEDES. ADVISED CUSTOMER OF ISSUE AND SENT TO DEALER FOR THEM TO DO ENTIRE REPAIR. WILL RETURN FOR OTHER ISSUES
- SPOKE WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND PRO-AIR AND WAS ADVISED THE SYSTEM MODE HAD BEEN CHANGED AND WAS OUT OF CALIBRATION. WAS ABLE TO CHANGE SYSTEM TO PROPER SETTINGS, RE-CALIBRATE, AND CONFIRM INTERIOR TEMP SENSOR READING CORRECTLY AND IS ABLE TO BE CHANGED FROM HEAT TO A/C FINE AT THIS POINT
- ONE OF THE HANGERS WAS BROKE ON THE EXHAUST SYSTEM, RUSTED/DETERIORATED. INSTALLED NEW HANGER AND CLAMP
- SUBLET FRONT END ALIGNMENT
